Charges on account - with no feedback from Autopag

After 3 complains to customer care centre and email send to Autopage, this is how they help???
Did they even try to read and understand the email??? I need info on the charges on my account???
Phone customer care again, PLEASE?

Good day there is subscription charges on my account and Stephanie from the customer care department supply me with incorrect details, I need to know and get proof of this subscriptions because we never subscribe to anything, please send me a copy of the contract as well, as I never received this, the contract was taken out over the phone - direct marketing that was from the start not done correctly, please email my statements as well. Can you please contact me on... this matter is urgent we want to save money and now these bills are way out of my budget!!! I also want proof of these subscriptions please!!!
