Poor service and signal

Good day
With reference to my previous letter on 9 August. To date I have received no feedback or corrospondance from cell c.. I am now at my wits end and was wondering if I can cancel my cell c contract and port back to vodacom. I have basically no sign at my residence and cell c came and tested signal at my residence and also found no signal.. this was about a month and a half ago. Autopage informed me that they waiting for a response from cell c but I can't go on like this. I have no Autopage branch near me and have to travel 260 km return trip every time to go to Autopage every time. I have been paying for a service which I am unable to use fully
