I am being billed for 2 MIRA subscriptions [why play limited cazuallycom AND hugemobgames] for the past 4 weeks which I have not subscribed to. I have contacted Cell C customer service an was told to dial *133*1# to view and cancel these subscriptions. I have done this a few times already and we even called a 012 number supplied by Cell C to cancel. I was assured that these subscriptions have been cancelled and yet I am still being billed and airtime being taken from my phone. I am 64 years old and am definitely not downloading and playing games on my phone. I need you to sort this out and refund me for all my money lost. Let's see how important your customers are to you.
