I recently appllied for a Mobimoola loan on the 30 of July and was told that i should sent an sms with a pin number and the amount that i was requesting. i did sms thing for several times and was told that the pin number is wrong. when i eventually enquired at the call centre, i was told that the sms system is down and they did my request manually and was told that the money will be available in 48 hours. to this day i am still waiting and what really aggravated me was that i was billed on the 15th for services that i have not received (R250) and was also billed an amount of (R99) twice. i phoned the call centre again on the 21st 2013 and the consultant told me that she has sent my queries to her immediate supervisor and i have not received a call from her. i am really appalled by their services as they seem to not be knowing what they are doing really.
