APPALING SERVICE BY MOBIMOOLA

I got a call from mobimoola contact centre, i was sold a loan service of which i accepted. I was told that i would be sent a pin and details of agreement in 48 hours, a week passed and still nothing. I called the contact centre again and told them my problem, they said theyd sort it put and id get a sms with details and pin in 24hours and the matter would be forwarded to their superior. Today 31st August, my account was debited with R250 and R99 from Mobimoola.i called the call centre again and held on the line for 30min plus to speak to someone, after being caller no.1, the line was hung up and i was not assisted. After holding for 30min using the company line for 30min of which i will be debited, i did not get any resolve to this matter. Please assist as this has damaged my financial situation for the month and i am willing to take this as high as it can go, cause this is false advertising, and dishonesty of which im sure its taken very serious.
