I have two Cell C contracts and have reported that my reception at home is very bad, I filled in a form and was told I must get the latest software even though I do have the latest software. I never heard back from them.
In the Rylands area in general the reception is very bad, other family members who stay a few streets away are complaining of the same thing. I often get no service or Vodacom.
Other networks such as MTN and Vodacom was much better. I was considering taking out another contract with Cell C but due to the bad network changed my mind.
