Data depleting rapidly

I took out the MTN R79 - 1gig data bundle starting 1 June. Since then it has been downloading 400megs then 300megs at a time. Even when I am not connected, the next day it opens with a download of 400megs. I hav been to MTN Tygervalley 8 times including numerous calls to try and sort this out. The automatic downloads on my computer hav been disconnected but still the next time I log on 300megs has downloaded! They said only getting a list of URLs visited would tell where the downloads are coming from. I filled in required forms requesting the URL report. First I was told that it would take 2-24 hours to get the report, then 7-10 days, it's now been 5 WEEKS! and still no report. They always promise to phone back but never do. Have also sent the request via the website to the billing department and they don't even bother replying! Tried calling head office and the guy just kept saying nothing he can do - REALLY!!! In the meantime I hav already paid R1000!!! On my previous contract with diff provider I used to use about 500megs a month, now doing exactly the same i use 2G. Until MTN bothers to assist I keep paying huge amounts. I am FED UP, how can I cancel this contract???
