My husband and I recently ported to Cell C only to discover that we have little to no coverage at home and terrible coverage in our suburb - Glenhazel - despite the indication of full network coverage on the coverage map on the Cell C website. We have reported this to Cell C on several occasions. We have been told to fill out and submit forms, but we have had no feedback and nothing has been done about this. We have done some research and all of our neighbours and many of the neighbourhood residents are experiencing the same frustration! Not only is this a safety risk but also extremely frustrating - as we are walking around with an expensive answering machine instead of a cellphone. PLEASE HELP!!
