I've had it with Cell c and its bad service. I'm on my 5th device since I upgraded my contract with them in September 2012.The 9900 bold has been nothing but problem to me, I've never enjoyed the services I pay for as its always in and out of the repair centre. Now to top it all off, I've been given a "refurbished" that I've once used and was booked in for repairs, scrolls itself when I'm outside and there's sometimes difficulty with charging the phone, hence I had it booked in. I still have the box to prove that I've used this device and is still faulty! I was told that "CPA" will not allow me to change to another brand worth the same value, which I greatly disagree with and was not advised of that @Cell c. I cannot continue paying for what I hardly use honestly. Someone please help and put an end to this cause I cannot continue with this contract. Please assit, I'm taking it back to the store and I've only had it for a day.
