Well firstly, I waited 5 days for a mini sim, when I complained and wanted to stop contract (writhing cpa law) they ported my number to so
stop me from doing so. left the store and my new SIM was not RICA'd, and after 4 months of waiting, and countless amounts of data wasted on emails, twitter complains, and empty promises of we will get back to you tomorrow, I have had no answer to how this matter will be sorted out.
