We had a Vodacom account that was cancelled a year ago. Recently it was brought to our attention that the account still shows on my husbands trans union report as a account that is still open, we asked the bunch om useless at Vodacom to please send us a letter confirming that the account was and is closes. Well what a shock it is still not done, its been a week and we have been told every story in the book from "it has been sent" to "it will take another 5 days" which was the new story told today. It is amazing that in our country where apparently no one can find a job Vodacom manages to employ the most incompetent bunch of on the planet to handle their customer service department. And even as I type this I realize that the poor brain dead will not even know what to do. It's simple you a client asks you to to your job and YOU DO IT!! I know your brain probably just fried with this wonderful revelation but try to keep up! Well done absolutely the worst service ever!!!
