I renewed my Mweb contract and chose to switch to a WiFi contract. I am STILL waiting to take delivery of my wi-fi device - and despite numerous emails to the sales person - Fahgrie Otto - I have received no feedback on what is causing the delay.
I got a call at home on Friday 16 August to say that the device would be delivered there on Friday afternoon, between 2pm and 4pm and I'm still waiting... with no phone call to explain the lack of delivery. I also specifically requested delivery at my WORK address - as usually I am not at home during the day so why were you delivering to my HOME address?
Where is my device???
You have proven VERY unreliable in terms of upgrading my contract and I am very disappointed as I have been a client since 2002!!
