I Phoned the call centre 3 times just to get my current balance, but had no luck. when I phoned for the third time I spoke to Kabelo, he gave me my balance the I asked him how much is my debit order, the he asked someone without placing me on hold. I then dropped the call, then he phoned me back and asked me can he increase my debit order. I then asked him why and he told me ''Because you balance is to high". I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVISE I RECEIVE FROM YOU GUYS, THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM WHEN I PHONE MBD ATTORNEYS...!!! Your staff should really go for TRAINING... I requested for a statement weeks ago and I am still waiting...!!! I would also like to know why my balance stays the same even if I pay every month...!!!
