WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I am so fed up with MTN i am on the verge to drop al 4 contract.
They tell you you have 7 days to return a phone if you are unsatisfied, i did that within 7 days as the phone gave me problems now they are telling me they cannot exchange it as it did not give them in less than 12 hours the same problem.

I bought covers and a screen protector, i wont and sit without a phone for 2 days if it is not necessary.

I want this problem fixed and i want it fixed now.

I am so fed up with the NO STOCK problem with ALL FALSELY ADVERTISED PROMOTIONS and now when i actualy get something in stock that i want they me around too.
