Still no improvement on Neotel

As you know after a great deal of fuss, threats and publicising the shoddy service on the internet, Neotel then redeemed themselves and I received a replacement device for my previous one which did not work properly, the (second-hand) or reconditioned one that I received is even worse, people constantly tell me the phone is scratchy and cuts out in mid call, it continues to ring when I have lifted the receiver, the display is bad and the battery only lasts an hour off external power.

I sent this mail above on the 8th August 2013 and have had no feedback once again. Hence we resort to HELLOPETER.COM once again.

Today I called, I was transferred to technical and listened to the technical department chatting away without realising I was on hold. Even whistling did not attract attention.

Neotel PLEASE call me - I am even happy to contribute a % to a new device, but this you have given me is a joke. I am trying to earn a living from home after being retrenched as I am ill and this device has cost me a fortune in the long run with calls, Internet usage and inconvenience to my customers.
