We are incompetent and proved it for the 3rd time

05/02/2014 12:04p 0861232424 - Dear Altech Autopage Customer. You failed to submit payment of R687.13 to Autopage and your service will unfortunately be suspended and your credit record will be adversely affected. Total due R736.13,
Payment was made on the 27th of January of R 679.01 as that was the invoice amount as per that day on your system. I called in spoke to CS dept and acc where I was told the payment has been recorded and I must ignore the sms. 06/02/2014 my lines are suspended, I call in you tell me its a mistake and will be un-suspended get references for credits on the partial charges and you now send me the following:

I may need to go to SAP as this appears to be attempted and.
