I received two phones that i didn't request via courier
when i call the cell c sales agent they telling me that they can only see one contract, when i call cellc customer care they telling me that they are two contracts under my name.
I have been calling the cell c department no one seems to be rectifying their problem.
I need this problem to resolved with in 7 days, i don't want to be charged for penalty fees...
one contract needs to be cancelled and they should come fetch their package.
i am not going to pay for two devices that i didn't request for...
i hope i hear from you guys soon.
