Unjustfied reasons for listing my name

I have an account that is in arrear with MTN and they send me an email on August 12 asking me to settle outstanding amount or call them to make a payment arranegments. I phoned MTN on the same day to make a payment arranegment but the consultant was not able to help me. I paid R500 on the weekend of 18 Aug to my account and on 20 Augu paid 800 rands. Today I recieved an email that MTN will list my name to a credit bearue since I was not able to settle arears in 20 days and I did not contact them in 20 days since the last notice.
The last notice was on 12 August and this is not yet 20 days, secondly I phoned MTN to make payment arrangements. Please check records on my account u will see that I made a call. Thirdly I make payment with the number of days as stated in the first letter which was send on 12 August. So I did not breach anything as per your letter. The reason for listing is not justied since I have done eveyrhting to rectify the account status and also to contact MTN as required.
