I recently open an edgars account which has turned out to be more of a head ache. Since the account was opened I have not received a statement. The first two months I assumed it must has been an error. I went to the store and printed slips to pay the amount due. I then queried it it and requested that they email my statement which i was assured would happen and did not. I contact the contact centre and request an amount due be provided, I was provided with an amount of - R600 which i the paid into the account. About a week later i went to a store to make a purchase where i was advised that there was still an amount of R126 oustanding and I paid it on the spot. I have now been listed on OTC as a slow payer. I disagree with this listing as I have been struggling to receive amounts due aswell as statements. I have recieved my my first electronic statement on the 12th/04 after complaining again. I would appreciate it if this listing can be removed. Now that the statements are being sent and i trust it will continue to come through, I will rectify the account and make arrangements ofr a preferred method of payment.
