Default on ITC without notification

I recieved one phone call to make payment arrangements. Then to my surprise when i checked my ITC report to find it listed as a letter of Demand.

I would like to have this removed and the letter send to me via email or post as i have not moved in three years and give me the oppertunity to pay this before listing me. Or at least give me notice time before listing me.

Please get back to me urgently have this listing removed and send me the account so payment can be made.

I am still a member of discovery so they do have all my details.
