I phoned them on the 15th of August, where I wanted to get the banking details of the company. Where the operator said they Will give me 20% discount, so he give me an amound to pay and then the account would be settled. Paid the money over, just to find that they conveniently did not record that specific phone call. I am very disappointed in there service as I will go to lawyer's to help me on this matter. Every time I phone them to sort this out the management yells and tell me I'm lying. This is not how they should treat customers. DONT EVER GO TO VODACOM FOR ANYTHING.
