Call Centre Employee refused to help me

On 19/07/2013 at 11:35 I phoned the MTN Network Coverage Complaints call centre to try and speak to William. who still has not phoned me back. Phembi Hlongwani answered and refused to help me if I could not provide him with a valid reference number. Shocking! He should be fired! Please MTN go listen to the recording!
I phoned again and spoke to Mthokozisi who was extremely helpful but could also not get hold of William. He offered to contact the people (subcontractors?) working on the case by e-mail so that they could contact me. Ref nr. 0042683. This man should be promoted!
After all my complaints I have yet to be contacted to resolve my problems! I have threatened to cancel my contracts, two of which are finished on 3 August, and that seems to be the only option left to me!
