A few weeks after getting my phone I realised that it has network problem. I will recieve a call and the phone wouldn't ring and I will just get a missed call. Initialy it didn't click that it's a network problem because I'm very busy sometimes I will put my phone on silent and I just assumed that maybe my phone was off. I only took it
seriously when more and more people told me that they always get my voicemail. Network will come and go. I then send a mail to Nashua and explained my problem - the response was just useless. I then called your call centre and the guy I spoke to, I think it's Motsie, he was effecient and helpful. He told me this is caused by LTE which he then removed and said I will not experience the problem anymore. Last night was the last draw, my phone has been without network since then, even now 14:54. I've put my sim card on other phones and it works fine. I have been VERY patient with Nashua. Firstly, I had to wait months for this phone (Sony Xperia). I am not prepared to take my 1 month old phone for repairs and have to wait again - I just want another phone- even if it's cheaper - I want nothin to do with Sony. it was the 1st and the last.
