I regularly make calls or send SMS messages for work related purposes and for this reason I require ITEMISED BILLING in order to submit and be repaid. My request to Autopage was at first met with everyone I spoke to from customer services with promises of sending through the request to the Accounts and Billing department. After a week someone from accounts informed me that itemized billing is not provided to those on Top-Up contracts only to Open contracts. I then decided to cancel my contract with Autopage Cellular and was informed I had to pay a cancellation fee of R1181.29 which I immediately did the next day. I faxed my proof of payment and a letter of notification that I am cancelling the contract forthwith. I also requested in my letter that my cell number be migrated to pre-paid and a proof of receipt to be faxed or SMSed to me. Needless to say this did not come either! I was then informed that it will now be handed over to nashua, as i cannot "merge" my number to another service provider and i have to wait 90 days!! Non of the customer service attendants had any clue of what has to be done and ive recieved 6 different stories!! This is utterly unacceptable and BAD service
