New contract application

I have applied for a new contract on the 14th of august. I have made contact almost dail from the 17th august. Each time there is a different excuse why my contract is still in "Pending approval status. No one comes back to you and when you do phone then the excuse mostly used is that the systems are down and being upgraded.

I have to say that i had none of this troubles with MTN and i have now called and asked the guy to stop the application and that i will apply with MTN again. I can not believe the quality of service i have received. And i am actually relived that this contract was not apprved. If i have problems like this in the beginning then i can only think what the road froward would have been like.
