Please help me in april this year I was due for an upgrade with MTN and I opted for the deal of 2 laptops plus a moderm. The initial contract was supposed to be based on lower price but the front desk lady (Niri) kept on telling me stories and finally when my contract was sorted out. I received 2 laptops and modern plus 2 disk to activate them, I manage to activate 1 and the other one gave us problems as it was not reading the disk so I took it back to Mtn brach where I had bought it. I was made to believe it was sent back to the supplier after making queries via BBM and phoning their manager. In short its been 2 months I cannot use 1 of the laptops I'm paying for. As they are telling me different stories every time I go and query about the laptop. Please help me about this issue
