I have just signed up with Mweb. Out of the 2 days that I have been with them, my calls have never been answered within 20min. I have spent so much money just trying to get through to a consultant for something as simple as my pin and username.

I was told by Luigi that the sales department will be open till 10pm, however the call centre was closed when I tried calling back agian.

I then tried calling the sales department for new clients thinking that they would obviously answer their calls faster. They cannot even sell their products in order to make money.

Well, if this is how long it takes to resolve a tiny issue, I should cancel this contract immediately. Will I have to hold for 3 days for something as simple as a billing query? Pathetic management is the only reason for this.

Francois Theron is most probably tanning on a tropical island somewhere and not actually managing MWEB from the top.

Mweb is by far the worst call centre I ever had to deal with in my lifetime.
