Truly incompotent

My Wife and I use Mweb as our ISP. she recently had a few issues with her bank and had 2 RD debit orders. I tried calling mweb and was advised they can only deal with the account holder. This I understand, but my wife is a pre school teacher and cannot receive or make calls during office hours. She has sent emails to Mweb adding me as an account holder, it's now been 3 weeks and I'm still not on their books, also suddenly my account has been throttled and I can not even browse a website. Yet Mweb's MD publically states all high users were notified, and not one consultant can advise me what a high user's data use will look like??? back to cybersmart maybe they weren't that bad after all. MWEB you pathetic
