I bought a blackberry from altech 2 years ago, about 3 months ago the I've been experiencing some major problems with the blackberry. I've taken it into the Gateway branch on 22 june 2013 and haven't heard anything from them since and its not 20 August 2013 Ive tired calling them numerous time they always say "we will get someone to call you back" however no one has called yet, every time i called altech says there a substantial amount to be paid in to repair the phone however that hasn't been communicated to me.. I've called them at least 6 time and no response I NEED MY PHONE ASAP!!!
