Once again my debit order has not been processed, what is the point of selecting your debit date and the debit order is not taken on that date. this is not the 1st time that I am complaining about this, yet it seem to re-occur every 3 months.
Furthermore i have had my contract more that a year - yet it reflects nowhere on my ITC that I have an account and have been paying diligently.
I opened the account with 8ta for the reason that i needed to have a credit name - after paying for 19 months I still have no credit name its impossible to speak to someone.

i require answers on the matters above.
