CREDIT NOTE

I have been a client with them since 2001. And i just had enough of their bad customer service, but do not think they do not have any!
I upgraded my phone in December 2012, and told Shane Naidoo that I want a handset that I do not have to pay in anything. He gave me the Nokia Lumia. Just to find TWO months later they charged the handset to my account! After many phone calls and a waist of MY time they said they will pass the credit note!
Well needless to say this has not been done and they keep on suspending my phone because of the credit note that's not passed. When I phone I have to repeat my story over and over again and they want to charge me R49 to reconnect every time! The second time when they disconnect it the accounts dept told me it is not them that disconnect the phone, then just to phone that evening the call centre tell me it is the account dept that suspend accounts... do they know what is happening in their own company?
I received a sms a few hours ago telling me they going to suspend it AGAIN... what a bunch of incompetant people!
