I am tired of complaining and call credit matters whom is failing to give me feedback.
Firstly, its about my refund for an account i notified them on time that it was fully paid but they chose to pay it for two consecutive months and the refund is more than R900. What is going to happen to my refund?
secondly, i have to beg for a statement to be sent to me. i have sent emails and have spoken to Ebraheem who promised to call me on the 20th January 2014 but he didn't. Today some stupid customer agent hang up on me. I think credit matters better come up with a better solution before end of business today or I am taking further steps. Right now my job is on the line and i am trying to pay my accounts but you people take me for a ride.
