I wish to lodge a complaint against Outsurance, I called to request a quote in hopes of you guys being able to beat my current quote and obviously join you guys as a customer, Unfortunately my quote COULD NOT BE BEATEN and now you guys are giving me issues regarding the R400! The last time I quoted was 6 months ago. You guys advertise this everywhere however now its time to pay out you give us grieve. I expect that R400 to be paid to me ASAP or if not that prove your marketing champagne and BEAT MY QUOTE!!! I trust this matter will be resolved and not necessary for me to escalate this to your CEO's office. I await feedback.
