The Twisp product has really taken off in South Africa with an amazing response from customers. But what they don't tell you is that your product will be replaced by an upgraded model in 2 years whereby you will only be able to get spares until the supplier runs out of stock because cartridges and spares are no longer made for that model. I purchased two starter sets approx. 2 years ago and paid R900 each. I called the head-office today to find out where I can purchased more cartridges locally and she said that no one stocks them locally only their head office keeps them until they run out of stock then I would just have to upgrade. She also said that I would have to Pay R79 for courier costs on top of the price for the cartridges to get them to me or else I will have to wait 1 week for it to be sent to a kiosk at shopping centre. Be careful what you buy and when the product will become null and void, in this case 2 years seems to be the lifespan of the Twisp unit. To some it is quite a bit of money to spend on a Twisp unit where as others see this money as pocket change. They don't tell you this upfront when you are coughing up the cash, so just be ware!!!
