New product not working

On Monday Telkom installed an ADSL line. Since then we have problems. Fault were reported but nothing yet. Just after the line were installed I received an sms: " Remember that you will be charged pro rata rental on your first invoice, Thank you for chooshing Telkom as your service provider. What service???
