Another wrong account

Last month I complaint about Virgin that cannot get their accounts sorted out. They refunded my husband for the R299 that was debited for my cancelled contract. Today I received the statement for this month, and the same old story! This contract was cancelled on 30 April 2013, please correct your system. If you debit this again, you will have to do another refund!!!
