Today it is 2 weeks since my trouble with MTN started. I decided to cut my losses and wait for my billing cycle to start on the 13th of August. Since then I have made 2 calls one which lasted 10 seconds and the other maybe 1 min (Can prove with witnesses). My current expenses for that is R29. Since my update 2 weeks ago my expenses add up to - R60 for maybe 3 short calls and setting up my phone. No one from MTN can give me any advice or reason for the excessive billing. I am in the possession of 3 different ref nr's which apparently has been closed without notice. It is like talking to a faceless person. No one is prepared to take responsibility. In the meantime since my upgrade MTN has made R350 out of me for no service provided. Still I am to scared to switch on my phone.
