I recently took two contracts out one for a new blackberry Q10.and a adsl line for my business. Firstly the Q10
bought its a brand new phone but it freezes from day 3.and stays stuck on one screen until ypu switch the phone off. There is also no network most of the time which is really a problem. I was billed for the contract since the 1July but i get prorata airtime from the day i received it. My ADSL line i dont even want to discuss it worked for 2 days .i told me to exchange the wifi modem did that now i dont get one of the consultants to assist in fixing it. My work is currently standing still and im loosing business because of this. This is my second report first one sone one even bothered to call me back. Take note that i am going to do something about Telkom even if i must wright to the MEC of trade and industry and every newspaper. Coz im paying for things which i have no joy in using
