The ongoing saga of my broken phone which I am trying to get Autopage to fix to no avail. After my first HelloPeter report Brian Maleka called to say they would arrange for the phone to be couriered back to them and my complaint to be resolved. He called me on June 18th. He would confirm collection with his manager and come back to me by no later than noon on the 19th June. It is now the 26th June and I am still waiting for the promised call. The service from Autopage goes from bad to worse if that is even possible. A mail to their service person Iris Duburooy has gone unanswered. Does anybody even work at Autopage???
