I am posting this in the hopes that someone at Altech will contact me to actually give me accurate information regarding my cell phone which has been in for repairs since the 22nd January 2013. I am so sick of having to contact Autopage daily (as they will NEVER contact you) to be given information which changes from day to day and sick of having the phone put down on me by consultants, just yesterday I contacted Autopage for the 100th time to be kept holding for 28min and 34sec to have the phone put down in my ear by Samantha I then called back to have the phone put down on me by Ntabiseng. I have been promised my phone back for the past 3 weeks now and was told that this week I would finally and really get it back this time, but alas NOTHING!!! I also have a billing query which I have been trying to sort out since Jan and to date I still have no clarity and feedback although I was told I would have a response within 24 Hours. Had enough now just so sick and tired of the fight with Autopage... my patience has officially run out... Cant wait for my contact to end!!
