I was in Nigeria on the 21st to 23rd of May. My Itemised billing states that I have made two calls on the morning of the 23rd, one call of 9 hours and 22min!! at 8:37am and another call of 3 hours and 7 min!!! at 10:43am, how is it possible to make one call while I am apparently still on another call!! Both me and my wife who I phoned at 8:37 made other calls during the day so it is impossible that we could have accidently been connected for 9 hours and 22min!! I logged a complaint on the 12 of June and now 2 weeks later they say that I should wait another 5 working days for a reply, in the meantime MTN have deducted R 3 800 incorrectly from my account for the 2 impossible calls!!
