I installed a business ADSL line at the end of January 2013. It never worked properly since install even after close to 100 support calls logged and Telkom visits.
About 6 weeks ago I decided to cancel the service as Web Africa were not capable of getting the line to work.
I was then told (after constantly chasing and reporting calls) that I would get a full 6 month refund. Today I was told that their finance team has now decided only to give a 3 month refund (effectively changing their mind). This combined with all the other downtime and outages on the other lines I currently have with them is ridiculous.
Web Africa, get your act together and provide the services reliably you offer.
