Divulging of my information to a third party

I have an issue with MTN and I hope you can assist me. An MTN employee went into MTN's server and retrieved deleted messages relating to my phone and gave that information to my husband. My husband told me on the 17th July 2013 that he was going to phone MTN on the 18th July 2013 to retrieve that information and on the 18th July 2013 he told me that he had the information and from what he said, it is true that he has that information in his possession. I then called MTN on the 19th July 2013 complaining about the fact that my information was divulged without my permission and the lady who assisted me told me that her supervisor will call in the afternoon, but nobody called. I called again on the 29th July and was once again told that a supervisor will call, but nobody called. I then called on the 31st July and the lady who assisted me, put me through to her supervisor who told me that MTN will not be able to investigate the matter and give me the name of the person who divulge my information as I will have to get a court order instructing MTN to do such an investigation.
I feel that this is unfair as the person who divulged my information did not need a court order to do that
