NO CONTRACT

I received a sms from Pholosa on Wednesday, 19 JUne 2013 of a Cell C account that was handed over to them for Debt Collection of R458.17 which must be paid by 06 June 2013. I called the number on the sms 011 317 4308 a lady named Melody received my call she was rude, aggressive, and crass!

I told her i was totally stunned as i can't remember having a cell c account in the last 10 years so where did this account suddenly come from. I asked her to please fax me the information she has, she became very vague asking me what information must she send me, i asked her again to send me the information that states i have this account and again she asked me what information as she had alot of things she can send me. I asked to speak to her Supervisor she told me she cannot put me through, i asked her again for a supervisor and by then i was really aggitated with her, she told me no she wont put me through i must calm down, i asked again to be put through to a Supervisor she said no they are busy, i cut the call saying I will contact Cell C myself and find out what the is this about.

To date i cannot get through on the numbers 084140, 147, 145, 141 or 143 no luck.
