According to MTN Bredasdorp, the law of the land, in place to protect consumers, does not apply to them. That coupled with atrocious service, extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant sales personnel has ensured that I will never deal with MTN anywhere ever again and will also see to it that everyone I know plus everyone they know hear of this totally unecessary and unpleasant experience. A simple compliance with the law or even an attempt to obtain permission from head office to adhere to the law would have sufficed. Instead I had a sheaf of papers waved at me with the salesman stabbing his index finger at the top page whilst repeatedly stating "the law doesnt matter, This is company policy."
