On Monday the 11/11/13 I called mtn to tell them there's a voice mail I need, can they send it to me as a message as I need it for court for a protection order. First I was told I need to play the msg every day and save it, to keep it. Then I was told to subpoena them to retrieve any information. Today the message is deleted and the supervisor tells me there's nothing I can do to retrieve it! I needed this threatening voice mail as evidence in a court case and the incompetent mtn staff has probably up an entire case due to negligence. Everywhere in the world they can retrieve information but not in a country where abuse against women and children is prevalent. You have the most incompetent staff and supervisors who don't have a clue how to assist customers.
