MTN PAIA - 2 mths waiting for release of informati

With reference to my previous complaint posted on HELLOPETER on the 17 May 2013, regarding not being able to get hold of MTN PAIA Dept, in order to obtain information from MTN PAIA for my Court Case

To date, I have not received the information I require from MTN PAIA for my Court Case.
My case has been postponed to the 23 July 2013, due to MTN's lack of efficiency in providing me with the information I require from PAIA.

I was told that the Investigating Officer needs to complete a section 25 (I think), and send to MTN PAIA Dept to have the information released.
This was done in MAY 2013.

To date, NEITHER of us have received the information from MTN PAIA Dept.

Neither have I received any feedback or even a phone call, advising as to what the PROBLEM is, and WHY isn't this information being released by MTN PAIA Dept.

PLEASE can MTN get back to me TODAY!!!
Am I suppose to lose my court case, because of MTN's inefficiency???

I need this information in support of my case for next week.

I also wish to place on record here, that I am not afraid to take this matter further and publicly, as it has been 2 (TWO) months and MTN PAIA has failed to respond to me!!!
