I called in complaining about my contract billing and this time around I just wanted to speak to someone who will listen and resolve my issue. I called in and Taagoed-dien answered. I asked to speak to the billing department as I was sick and tired of dealing with incompetent agents who just want to sit and gossip on email instead of helping people that help them keep their job, me being a paying customer. This specific gentleman asked me nicely if there is anything he could help me with. I really did not want to speak to him but from the way I heard him speak I could hear he was giving me undivided attention. He kept in touch after receiving all relevant docs he wanted from me. he called me and I could not answer but he never gave up, he tried till he found me to update me.
He really is an asset to the company coz the service he gave me was a stellar service. keep up the good work and thank you once more
