CELL HANDED IN ON 27.12.2012 - NO RESPONSE

I handed in my phoned which I received in December 2012 as it was not working properly. Phoned given in at The Glen on 27.12.2012. Was advised that I will receive a response within a week. No response received to date. That make of phone is useless - need another type
