No Response To Queries

I had a Virgin Credit Card and fell into arrears. My account was subsequently handed over to attorneys despite the fact that I was under Debt Review. I continued to pay the arrears and received an updated Transunion Credit Report in January 2013 - informing me the account I continued to pay throught 2012 was already paid in full in January 2012. My last payment was made in December 2012 and I have no success or joy when trying to reach the accounts or legal department telephonically to refund the excess I paid that is rightfully owed to me.

I plan to escalate this matter if I do not receive sufficient feedback and assistance within the next working week.
